Members have the right to check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by contacting the website administration to do so.

Members have the right to submit complaints about the content of information security, please contact the Administration of the website. When receiving these feedbacks, we will reconfirm the information, in case it is true as reflected by the member, depending on the severity, we will take timely measures.

MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING AND SETTLING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

  • Any disputes arising between the Company and the User will be resolved on a negotiated basis. In case the desired agreement cannot be reached, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent People’s Court for settlement.
  • When it cannot be resolved through negotiation and mediation as above, the violated party gathers evidence such as emails, messages, etc. and contact the Company. The company will contact the complainant again to resolve.
  • If the case is beyond its jurisdiction, the Company will propose to transfer the case to the competent authorities. In this case, the Company still coordinates support to best protect the violated party.
